Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer in-person and online meetings?

I can only take clients via online meetings in Colorado, California and Vermont.

What times are you available for appointments?

I offer week day and evening appointments which are typically 50 minutes but can range in length from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

What are your fees?

I have committed to keeping my fees as accessible as possible.

Initial Consultation (30 minutes)..............No Charge

50-minute session ..................………........$165

90-minute session…………………………………$200

I also charge a fee for emergency and case management services (coordinating with other providers, report-writing, etc.) if that is needed, pro-rated in 15-minute increments. Payment is due at the time of services, and I do charge for appointments canceled less than 24-hours in advance.

Good Faith Estimate notice. This explains what you are entitled to under the No Surprises Act that took effect 1/1/2022. You will receive an estimate of cost for your services.

Do you charge for your initial consultation?

No.

Do you prescribe medication?

No, only medical providers can prescribe medication. But if medication management is something that you need or that I recommend to you, I will help you find a provider and work closely with them to help you decide if this is the right option for you.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

You don't need to bring anything to a consultation. This 30-minute meeting is a more low-key, low-pressure way for you and I to meet, and to determine if we are a good fit for working together. At that appointment, I will give you the paperwork needed if we decide to work together.

Do you see couples?

Yes, I work with couples using the Intimacy from the Inside Out model developed by Toni Herbine-Blank, which is based in Internal Family Systems.

I offer a free 30-minute consultation to let you get to know me and ask me any questions you have.
